Just to get ideas and straying away from the broken car threads id like to know what kind of mods you guys had planned in the summer. I guess this is more directed to the people that live where its cold right now

 

Getting the bodywork perfect and an Alpine White paint job on the Sol.

 

Body works a big thing on my list too. rear quarters are a b**** with rust especially in MI

 

i'm planning on getting a 5sp swap done in the early spring

 

Thats pretty cool. i always wanted to convert an auto to munual but everyone said that it was extremely difficult so i didnt even bother trying

 

not so hard. takes about a day as long as you have all the parts. hardest part is isntalling the clutch master cylinder and running lines.

 

I was gonna convert my 2000 grand prix gpx to manual using a tranny from a 3.1 cavalier but i took everyones advice when they said dont bother. back to this this thread tho, im kind of hung up on what to do in the summer. i either wanna build up my current engine or crate engine. i cant decide
