Default Cleaned throttle body and replaced tps...car runs really bad

So before all this I my car started to sputter slightly and got worse and worse. Eventually it got real rich and I noticed it sounded very different at wot not in vtec and didn't pull the same. Sounded to me like a bad tps. So I replaced it with one that I think is good. While I had the tb out I cleaned it quick by spraying engine degreaser on because that is all I had and I read it works fine. I put everything on along with a new gasket (left the old one on because that one is metal and the new one is paper so I figured it can't hurt). Started her up and now she's smoking and can't keep a steady idle. She also dies unless I gas it. I know that's whats supposed to happen after a throttle body clean but c'mon...I sat there with my foot on the gas for 15mins and I drove it around for another 15 and she keeps dying. Everything is where it should be as far as vac hoses and sensor connections. Think I need to reset the ecu and pull the fuse? I reset the battery but hat didn't do anything. Maybe I need to let the engine degreaser sit for a little and dry up or something? Possible vacuum leak because the double gaskets? I really don't get it

shouldn't have 2 gaskets on there, did you check that the tps was to spec ? I know the feeling of it not staying running unless you hold the gas down my solution was raise the idle mine sits at 1.4K but track car so it doesn't really affect anything. Play around with the idle and check the tps with a volt meter.

edit: you can't bump it after 45 mins this sub section is slower then the civic one.

Lol sorry I was getting axscious.
I'll take one off tomorrow. And nope I didn't adjust the tps. How exactly do you do it? Because I know you need to touch the volt meter to one of the three prongs but how will it measure power if it is disconnected from power since you're testing it? You get what I'm sayin?
You don't think the engine degreaser messed anything up?

Doubling up on gaskets probably created a vacuum leak. Remove both gaskets, make sure mating surfaces are clean and install one new gasket. You can verify the vacuum leak by starting the car, having a friend keep it running, and spray brake cleaner around the throttle body gasket, or gaskets since you installed two...If the sputters you've found the problem. Did you calibrate the new tps sensor properly?
