98 civic obd2 to obd1 conversion
It'll really help if you tell us your year, make, model, ECU and engine you'll be using. But in general:
ECU adapter
Distributor adapter or use certain OBD2 alternators
Alternator adapter or use an OBD2 alternator
Injector adapters or use OBD2 injectors (only certain ones)
Other possible wiring alterations; IAT, IACV, etc
A lot of this will depend on your current setup and vehicle and what engine/ECU combo you'll be using.

if your taking a motor out of a obd2 vehicle and putting into a obd1 then just change the distributor, alternator, injectors to obd1 and get a obd1 computer

Just that the engine busted so I got a Japanese d16a to put into it but the Japanese motor doesn't have a crank sensor so I was wondering if i can just change the set up to obd1

Auto? 5spd? What hyr is the d16a? I don't recall d16a being a swap of the obd1 family, only d15's, I could be wrong.
What about the tranny? Is it an jdm obd2 auto? You might be able to get away with it by running the obd1 setup. I've read on d-series.org that someone was able to use an auto obd1 ecu in an obd2 auto.
