Default 89 civic crx 1.5 ltr. - head gasket problems

I just replaced the head gasket with a felpro and had the head surfaced when i started the eng the coolant is still leaking into the combustion chamber, is the gasket i used not a very good choice? Or can someone tell me where i went wrong? It's a pretty easy job to do and I did a top notch job (at least i thought I did)

Possible block surface is warped, possible leak at manifold by #4 runner, possible crack in head or block, etc. It's a toss up. Did you have the block inspected? Did you have the head pressure checked? Can you verify if there is bubbling in the radiator neck with the engine running (engine/radiator cold obviously)?

if you have no warp/cracks and you followed the torque sequence properly, you shouldnt have any issues at all. i'm willing to bet there are some unknowns here...
