Hey people, I have a D16z6 swap in my 1991 civic hatch. I am getting no spark and no fuel. I have had this problem with this car previously and it's mainly because the battery light doesn't register on the dash. When it has done this before I would simply just mess under the dash with the wires then it would light up but without that light it just tries to crank but won't start.

I have power to all fuses on both sides of both panels and all fuses tested good and my battery also. People say could be distributor as a guess but could that be the reason for that light not coming on for it to crank?

i've swapped the old main relay with a known good one still nothing, me and my neighbor have been trying at this for days now and are stumped so im seeking online assistance.

I miss my car running.

have you checked grounds and your ignition.

 

i have checked all grounds i believe. and ignition? like how if i may ask?

 

When you turn your car on do you hear the fuel pump prime and the check engine light go off right after, my swapped ef does this thing where the car will turn over but won't start till the fuel pump primes and light goes off, mines obd0-obd1 and dpfi-mpfi

 

sorry for the late reply but turned out that fuse 14 in my fuse box under the dash was completely fried. i swapped it out with a new fuse box and now the battery light comes on and all i need to do now it get a new fly wheel from the starter chewing it up haha. thanks for the help though guys.
