And it needs a couple of things, so thus begins the quest to return this beauty to perfection! I was hoping the collective knowledge of Honda-Tech might steer me in the right direction! A driver door handle, burgundy floor mats and a steering wheel are the most immediate of my problems, if you can call them that. The car runs like a champ! Also, my shift **** moves around a lot, and the shift boot is torn.....

 

Love the car, dude. My first time driving one was back in Summer, 1988. My Mom bought a brand new one (1988 model year) earlier that year and I got to drive it from Atlanta to Fort Worth, Texas. Nice, smooth ride (except Louisiana).

Indeed! I learned how to drive on an '86 Dx, this one is remarkably similar. I plan to make this as stock as possible, with some minor things thrown in, like some better wheels!
