Default Civic Wagon (aka Shuttle) Swapped D15B JDM problem.

Hello, I'm quiet new here, but have some honda experience. Let me please describe the problem here which i've met yesterday and have no idea of what to do next.

What we've got:
Civic Shuttle 1989 (factory D16 non-vtec MPFI). Swapped OBD-1 D15B JDM (sohc VTEC 1.5l). Had no engine hareness (plugs->engine part) and had TD-42U dizzy. Had a battarey relocated to trunk and had a front lights harnesses tucked into fenders.
What was done:
Made a custom hareness reffering to CRX manual (with factory shields going to dizzy sensors). Repinned TD-42 U to fit OBD0 engine hareness. Installed OBD-1 plugs on Ecu hareness instead OBD-0 plugs (triple-checked everything).
Engine had 1-wire lambda, so no CEL's are thrown. Checked MAP, TPS voltages and connected every sensor reffering to manual. Cleaned EACV (it's 2-wire, car is manual) and FITV.
Problem:
Car starts hardly (3-4 starting cycles). Has unstable idle, and stalls on throttle opening (tried to reverse TPS wiring as in DPFI-MPFI swap, no result). Car backfires on WOT starting. Checked timing belt, it's OK. Tested Dizzy, coil OK, ICM OK. With play on gas pedal (quick push-release cycles), RPM gets to 2000, but it works quiet like 2-stroke engine, and has heavy vibrations.
Sparks black - too rich.
Additional info:
TPS and MAP are not reversed. Anyway, reversing them doesn't change anything.
Fuel rail pressure is OK.
Compression with WOT is 140 all cylinders.
Main Relay Tested. OK.
Strange Oil pressure sensor behaviour - It goes off after start, but goes back after 7-10 seconds. Need to wait 20 min to go off at start again.
Intake air duct is removed, so nothing up to TB installed.
Tried D15B7 P08 ECU (good one 100%). Throws CEL in 6 secs (o2 heater i suppose). Engine works the same way.
Tried new sparks. No result.

What I'll try to do in future:
Get OBD-1 vtec engine hareness.
Get a video, can't find anything looking similar on youtube.
Install 1-wire o2 sensor (for now it's no lambda setup, but no CEL).

Questions:
What to do? (main one, i'm quiet stuck for now).
Where is TDC mark on camshaft pulley on D15B vtec (like D16Z6 or D15B7?).

Here is the video. tried pulling timing belt back and forward +-1 tooth, it doesn't ignite at all that way. At the video, camshaft is aligned at 7 o'clock mark (like d16z6).

Here's the update. Car starts and runs normally with a large amount of carb cleaner at start. It begins running OK after CEL comes in, idles and heats up OK. Cel's are 4 and 20 (CKP/CPS) and ELD. Do you know how could I trick ECU with ELD one? I suppose ASAP I fix the CEL's car would start normally.

Sounds like might have wiring issues at the distributor or a bad distributor.

Good ELD info can be found here

Obviously the distributor is going to be the main scapegoat here. But I would like you to stick a clothes hanger or something in cylinder #1 through the spark plug hole. Manual rotate the cylinder through the crank until it actually hits TDC. It will go up, then start to go down. Make sure the cam is at TDC at the same time. If not, that's probably a huge issue.

As far as the ELD, can you not hook it up? B19 or something like that is the ELD. I remember having to remove the ELD for my OBD0 B16A swap. Then rewire it for my OBD1 conversion. I thought our cars had a functioning ELD. I could be way off base here. (ED6 as reference)

TY everyone who helped. Dizzy was rewired. The problem was the owner had previously made his own conversion hareness on ecu side and dizzy pins were messed up twice (orange/blues and so on). I've hooked ELD to ground and have no CEL. Now The shuttle is running okay, but we have major problems with oil pressure. Will be installing new oil pump in 3-4 weeks. Damn.
