Use stock 02 sensor on aftermarket header?
yes, threads are the same
the issues you might run into is the location
some oem manifolds have the O2 near the head and the aftermarket header may have it located near the cat.
if this is the cat you can get an extension harness for about $10-20, or you can separate the O2 wires from the main wiring loom and re route them without cutting and splicing
I recommend you avoid cutting/splicing the wires

Or you can build your own extension by ripping apart a harness at a salvage yard and also take the wire and plug of the old O2 sensor at the salvage yard. Pick up some automotive wire, do a little soldering and wrap it all up with electrical tape. The reason for the automotive wire is so I knew the insulation on the wire could handle the heat in the engine bay.
This is how I left my o2 sensor plug in it's stock position but moved my O2 sensor from the front exhaust header to the back side steering rack area front catylitic converter location. Cost me about 10 bucks total when all said and done.
