Default timing belt

Hey guys
i'm gonna have my timing belt, balance shaft and water pump changed in my 92Lx. Is it necessary to change the crank seal, cam seal, balance shaft seal and retainer as well? I just recently bought the car and I don't know the history of it. Also when changing from 1st to 2nd gear at low rpm's when I hit the gas it studders a little and my car idles low to begin with. Can it be the oxygen sensor or another problem altogether. Thanks.

You should change all the seals!!!
As for the gear shift symtom it is hard to tell. Your best bet would be to take it to a shop and get it looked at!
It might be a simple tune up!!
Or worst!!

How often should the timing belt be changed? My baby is going through midlife crisis and is going to get a facelift, It's a 96 with 81,000 on it.
