Icon2 B16B swap axel question

Installing a B16B into a '94 non-VTEC Del Sol (D-series). In my research I am getting conflicting info about the need to replace the axles and half shaft. The engine was a JDM and was previously installed in a '97 Civic coupe. Will the axles and half shaft I have work in the Del Sol, or will they need to be replaced. If they need to be replaced, with what?

Thanks for any and all help.

As part of the swap, we are converting from auto trans to manual. are there any wiring modifications needed for this. There was a plug the went to the auto trans that looked like it hooked up to two solenoids on top of the trans and on the replacement manual trans there is a connection on the bottom of the trans with a plug in the same vicinity as the previous connection. Do I simply plug this in or do I need to reconfigure some pinouts in the ECU? BTW, we are sending the ECU out to be chipped and reconfigured for the manual trans, vtec, etc.

Sorry if this is a stupid question, but I have B series axles and half shaft that came with the engine. Will they work or do the axles and half shaft have to be specific to the car body (Del Sol)?

those will work fine, as for the **** solenoid wires don't worry about them there is however the reverse light switch you'll need to hook up.
