Just got 507 miles on a tank of gas and still had 1.5 gal left. Avg was around 43 MPG.

Is this normal for 2013 Civic automatic?

What is the most miles you got on a tank of gas?

 

The autos get better mileage than the manual transmission cars...I have a 2010 Si sedan and I get an average of 800km ( 550 miles ) when on the hwy and on cruise control.

Id say thats pretty normal for a compact car. 43 mpg is pretty awesome though.

 

I get about 30mpg on my 07 EX 5spd.

 

So you're getting 40-50 MPG in your Si? That's a little hard to believe. The Si has a 13.2 gallon tank. 550/13.2 = 41.67 MPG. I rarely filled up more than 11 gallons in mine, since you don't normally empty the tank to the last drop. 550/11 = 50 MPG.

 

What the hell REALLY!!! I got just over 300miles in my 12' Si!

sounds normal under conservative driving conditions. Honda did boast that these Civics could drive from Houston to San Antonio and then to Dallas all in one tank. My 07 EX 5spd got 38mpg at best.

One more thing to love about Honda.
