Default Cruise control removal help.

hey guys so i've been trying to remove my cruise control , but theres this one part i don't know how to take it off , once i get that off i think i'm pretty much done with removing it . i've been playing with it for hours trying to take it off but nothing is happening.

the ending of the cable connecting to the brown stuff

Remove the plastic clip from the firewall when the cable have movement disattach it from the accel. pedal like in the throttle body, it have an opening to release the cable.

The one in the right note the opening in the top of the cable bracket, twist the cable to this position and remove it to the side.

I just snipped it then swapped in a dx pedal(no CC) cause I had it lying around.
