Default 98 civic SI - Random Misfire issue, where to start?

Hey im pretty new to the electrical side of cars...
I checked the codes and its showing 300,302,304
the list is hyooge as to what could cause the misfire

Description:
Basically when the car is cold it drives perfectly fine, on my way to work after about 20-30 mins if i hit the gas more than say 15% it misfires terribly, shakes like crazy, and i have to basically floor it to accelerate.

I know it could be ECM, injector harness, 02, IAC, EGR, dizzy ECT.

just wondering if anyone has had experience with this and can point me in the right direction. Im a total noob when it comes to volt meters

EDIT holy ***** i forgot to say, its a 98 civic SI (canadian) Mods are crappy intake, headers.

Remove your distributor cap and check for moisture or corrosion. The codes you posted aren't familiar looking codes. Are you sure you're not leaving a digit out?

It's most likely some sort of distrbutor related failure. Igniter, cap, rotor, etc. How do the plugs look?

How old are the spark plugs, plug wires, distributor cap, and rotor? If old, just replace as these components are the most common cause for your CEL codes.

300= Random Misfire

301-304= Cylinder Misfire

Dunno if you're serious or not since OP obviously just left the P0 off (ie: P0300)

^nope. I was making sure. It could have been an error in typing P1301, etc.

plugs look good,

the colder it is outside the longer i can drive normally.(-5Celcius i drove 40mins fine)
today was warm so i only got about 15 mins of normal power, then it started to crap out again.

here is the dizzy, it looked corroded but not too bad?

That red dust I've seen people say is the Red Dust of Death.

I think you may need a new distributor.

Full dizzy I believe. I'm assuming the dust is metal dust from the dizzy internals.

Don't lose your focus. You clearly have distributor issues. It's the white elephant in the room.
