Sticky, FAQ's, and Google does wonders!!! Hell, half the post on this page are asking the "Whats the best suspension" question.

The only name you list are JUNK2 so you obviously have not made an effort to research.

I've seen a lot on koni/gc setups but I was wondering if anyone ran skunks but I suppose that answers my question i see slit more people getting suspensions for daily drives. While my car IS a daily driver I want a track suspension

Honestly, you want to leave most of the suspension of the car stock for auto-x use.

You want to lower it? Now you're in STC at a minimum, where you'll fight a losing battle against smaller and significantly lighter Civics.

This past weekend there were 4civics running granted only tepid them were built up I'm certain I can take em. But I reallywanna get a lower stance there's too much body roll around the turns and j can't keep my speed up as much as I could if I had a lower center of gravity

let me say it, as some have hinted.

SEAT TIME, is what you are looking for.

once you are able to drive your car to it's max, then, start looking for upgrades.

compare your car to the other cars in your class. once you can beat them by 3secs. then look to upgrade. (this is just my opinion)

You'll lose no matter what you do to the car, because of lack of experience. So either listen to what people who have experience say or you can start your impossible uphill battle to [try but fail at] beating some STC Civics.

As far as recommendations for suspension, the biggest bang for buck setup is the Koni/Ground-Control setup. Under $1k, warranty, will last forever and will do everything you need it to. $500 won't get you any competitive adjustable suspension.

Use Google, it's your friend. Research and understand what you need and more importantly what you don't need. Then research and read some more.
