Default Strange heating issue

Hello all! I have a 1998 accord 4 cylinder with 138000 miles and still going strong! Love the car, but for some reason the heat never works as it should. I turn the heat on after heating the car up I'll turn the heat on and at first it will be nice and warm but after a several moments it gets cool until it's not hearing at all anymore. If I keep the fan level on one it comes out warmer but that's it. I've replaced the thermostat, have had several flushes, and Even had the water pump changed and the problem persists. I need help. Thanks guys!

warm the car up and check both hoses that go to the heater... if both are warm check that the heater valve is opening and closing as you turn the heater control ****....if only the driver side hose is getting hot the heater core is clogged
