Oh dear!!!

I have a broken remote (not opening the lock, trunk, etc) AND now a broken key! THe key was wobbly and not stronlgy in place, connected to the remote piece, for awhile, but now it has finally come apart. The plastic remote part is cracked so it can't merely be put back together.

Can somebody please tell me the best, easiest and least expensive way to get this fixed? I would like the remote to work again and have an intact key

Buy a new key and get it cut n programmed. If you have a good service history with your honda dealer sometimes they will replace it for free.

 

What he said. Had the same problem years ago. Cost me $120 to cut and program a new key-remote on my '03 LX
