I believe there may be more to it then that. Isn't that the ZC motor, which I believe is a D series motor. The S80 trans is from a B series. These will not mate without an adapter plate.

is the s80 even that good? i know it comes with a LSD which is good for traction... im trying to get ~200 hp NA or i will do a turbo / compressor setup to get ~240 hp...

is there an alternative tranny which i could use ?

i bet the s80 is still the best one isnt it?

I guess it depends on what your going to do with it. I would say 240 is an easier goal for a forced induction engine, while 200 n/a is going to be harder/probably more costly to get to. Not sure about where you are, but as far as an LSD transmissions go the Y80/S80 is one of the easier ones to find. That's all I really have to offer you as I've never driven a B series at those power levels.
jilicrx was right if your swapping in a B series motor. You will need mounts, and the hydro conversion. GL

If your going to be doing a swap anyway you can get a mount kit for hydro or cable trans.
There are some good cable transmissions ys1 can be found with a lsd or you can ad one,
jdm j1 b16 cable tranny came lsd also.
