Why does my turbo civic wagon top out at 4500 rpm?
I just put a turbo kit and a skunk 2 intake manifold on my wagon....Anyway it doesn't wanna go past 4500 rpm for some reason, changed the fuel pressure regulator, reset the ecu, and sprayed all the plugs. I just need to know what it could be. Has anyone had this similar problem? Thanks!
