I had my blower motor go out.When I took the blower motor box apart, the seals where dust in the bottom of the box.All the duct seals and air diverter door seals are gone completely.Are these available new?Is there another source for them?I have no problems cutting and gluing foam back in place.I really don't want to reassemble my dash without replacing these seals.

No dice.No blower motor housing seals.The blower motor housing assembly has even been discontinued according to hondapartscheap.The search continues.

 

NAPA didn't have the blower motor or resistor in stock.Since I am waiting for those,I bought some foam 1/2 weather striping for the box and some 2mm EVA for the doors inside the air box.I am sticking the EVA to the doors with 3M Super 77 Classic contact adhesive.I'll report back with the results when I'm done and have the car back on the road.
