Icon2 2000 Honda Civic EX ATF Change Help

I have 2000 Honda Civic EX with an automatic transmission. It has 165,000 miles on it. I wanted to get the transmission fluid changed but I'm very confused as to what brand I should use. Should I use Genuine Honda transmission fluid (ATF DW-1)? Or should I use Red Line D4 ATF? Or should I use Red Line D6 ATF? What's the difference between the D4 and the D6? Which one should I use? Is there something better I should use instead? Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance!
