Ok. Here's whats up. Picked up this 98 civic coupe. When headlights are on, brake lights light up. Not running taillights. Brake lights. Then when you Hit brakes, outer taillights dim, both blinkers (yellow lights) light up. Third brake light lights up as it should, and trunk brake lights work as they should. We released brakes. With headlights on or off, when we turn hazards on, only the brake lights (red outer lights) flash. If we use blinkers, yellows flash as they should , but when we hit beakes the yellow lights on BOTH sides light up and stay solid and blinkers don't work. Any ideas?
