d15b/z6 mini weird starting issue
When car is started cold, it idles around 1200rpm and is hesitant in power up until around
4500(vtec engagement) and bogs down. It seems like its in launch control. CEL is on all the while. Jump service connector, but CEL stays solid. Once temps are up to normal, main relay clicks, CEL goes away and car drives normal. Rpms are best guesstimate, 95 dx, no tach. I also have a 12v shift light connected directly to the solenoid and pressure switch but it doesnt come on. I've had spliced into the ecu but doesnt work either.
ECU ?
-1st pic is stock p06-no CEL, starts right up and idles decent
-2nd pic in is p75? being that rp18 is no jumped, im thinking its an auto(right or wrong) solid CEL when connected, starts up-ECU that is in question is above para. speedinnovations ECU and chip that has p29 rev 7900
3rd pic is p28? being that rp18 has resistor, does it make it an auto? j1 has resistor and not a jumper and ic14 pins 3 and 5 aren't crossed? starts up, idles rough then eventually dies. Solid CEL also

R18 look like it has a resistor in all 3 of those ECUs, I assume that makes them all auto. Pull the check engine light codes on the P28 and wire up the VTEC correctly if you haven't already.
