Hey honda tech I recently bought a 92 integra ls and am new to the B-series motors, i was wondering if i could convert my B18A1 to vtec. Any info would be helpful.

Yup. Been done many many times. You can put a B16 or B18C head on your LS block. Do a search for building a reliable LS/vtec and you'll find everything you need.
