You can re-pin your wire harness for 2 wire IAC. You'll need to use the B18/b20 auto computer.
You can lengthen your e brake adjuster so that integra/eg cables fit. It's located under the arm rest.
If you search, you'll find details on both.

The D16Y7 ECUs signal a 3 wire IAC.
Most other ECUs signal a 2 wire IAC. Try google searching 3 wire to 2 wire IAC.
You have to pin one of the IAC wires in a different location on the ECU connectors.

No problem. And yes. Turn the adjuster bolt as far back as possible. Then hook the cables up. Then tighten the cable to the proper tension.
well its already on the limit and the wire at the galiper is tight i cant even put the ''bracket'' on or i wont be able to pin cable in the spring. i thought of weld another stud or get a longer adjustment stud?? if its changable anyway thanks for the tips ima try the IACV thing i hope it'll work hahah!!

^no. Those are too short for 96-00 civics. I have used them by turning back the adjuster alllll the way and then wrestling them on. But...they're not a direct fit.
B serious i have done the 3 to 2 wire conversion for the ica it still light up the check engine but my idle is right i have done the valve adjustement sounded like diesel hahah i was wondering what could happen if i run the stock ecu is it the right injection can i blow up my engine will a sir 99-00 would work??? or a chipped one cuz i cant chip mine
Are you sure. I had my cousin swap everything over from an integra, not the lca though, and it didn't look short.
