Default Flywheel? (pics inside)

Would you use this flywheel? It's been resurfaced but has minor surface rust. Is it safe to use it?

From the picture it doesn't look pitted or damaged just looks like surface rust. A bit of wd40 and scotch brite should clean it right off then just clean it with brake clean and after a quick inspection should be good to go.
