Default Please Help: Problem with VTEC!

I was driving today and all of the sudden i try to go into vtec and then
the rpm's start to flutter right around 4500, then the engine dies. Also,
my car seemed sluggish. Can yall help me determine what the problem
might be??

Im not sure if it matters but I have a cold air intake and it was raining
today. (i have 94 gsr)
thanks

Why don't you ask this in the Integra forum?

You could have hydrolocked your motor if you were beating on it while it was raining.

vtec it shuts off again.
