Default 2011 Honda Pilot 12v. Accessory ports failure

Three of my 12v accessory ports are no longer functional (dead) due to using a bad ac invertor device. I thought i had just blown the 15 amp fuses. I check all three 15 amp fuse in the fuse box under the hood on drivers side of the engine compartment with a volt meter and they are good. I even replace one of them with a spare to ensure I was not missing something. I checked the voltage on the hot side of these fuses while they were removed and I was reading 13.5 v.

Any other possible solution to why they are not working. Maybe they have failed at the port and need replaced? How do you remove them without disassembling the dash or the center island storage compartment?
