Was just wondering what the fastest time was on a 1/4 mile b16a stock sleeve only

 

10.2 or less

 

Pretty sure english racing had a stock sleeve b16 that went 10.0 or 10.1

Funny thing here, in the v8 world things such as this actually hold value to them. They care about stock bottom end records and stuff, here on Honda-Tech it's treated like you're an idiot for asking the question haha.

There are 20 different B-series engines, then you start throwing stock sleeve, stock internals, rod-piston only, cam only, in a hatch, coupe, ect... You have literally 1000's of different "records" that can be set which is stupid.

 

Lets be honest for a second, no one outside of Honda-Tech cares about a single one of the "records". Hell most dispute "records" for one reason or another, I have even seen people say they don't count cause they didn't happen at an actual event. As if the pass never happened haha. It's just bragging rights and internet fame really.

 

i think revvspeed out of cali was low 10's on a stock sleeve one also

 

Pretty sure dardantuning ran 10.0 with his stock sleeve B16.

Definitely not the fastest though

 

I went 10.14 @144 stock sleeve b16

 

10.33 @ 141 Currently running this car in San Antonio, Texas. Simple rod/piston combo and stock CTR intake and GSR exhaust cams.
