I BOUGHT A 91 ACCORD THAT HAS BEEN SETTING FOR QUITE A WHILE WITH A BUSTED T-BELT. I EMPTIED THE GAS OUT PUT IN FRESH GAS IN PULLED THE HEAD HAD IT CHECKED IT WAS GOOD. COMPRESSION IS 180 EVEN ACCROSS THE BOARD. IT HAS A NEW T-BELT, WATER PUMP,TENSIONERS,SEALS, NEW NGK SPARK PLUGS, NEW DISTRIBUTOR, NEW ALTERNATOR,NEW BATTERY AND A NEW FUEL FILTER. THE CAR RUNS GREAT TILL IT IDLES THEN ITS MISSES ON #3 I PULLED AND CLEANED ALL THE INJECTORS EVEN SWAPPING #3 WITH #4 TO SEE IF IT CHANGED AND IT DIDNT STILL MISSES ON #3KINDA IT HAS VERY LITTLE AFFECT TO PULL THE INJECTOR PLUG OFF AND WHEN YOU PULL THE PLUG WIRE IT AFFECTS IT JUST NOT LIKE THE OTHERS AND AND REALLY TELL WHEN YOU REV IT UP WITH THE PLUG WIRE UNDONE. ONLY CODE I GOT WAS #43 FUEL DELIVERY SYSTEM. THE CAR RUNS AND DRIVES PERFECTS TONS OF POWER, NO SMOKE, AND JUST INGENERAL RUNS REALLY GOOD ASIDE FOR THE MISS AT IDLE. I HAVE SEARCHED AND SEARCHED AND TALKED TO HONDA MECHANICS AND NO ONE REALLY KNOWS WHAT THE PROBLEM IS. IF ANYONE CAN HELP PLEASE DO ITS MUCH APPRECIATED

So your saying the iacv is causing a misfire and #3 to run lean and would throw out a cell code 43?

i have swaped cleaned and check the injectors, new fuel filter, brand new plugs, new dizzy new wires, noid tested the injector wires, cleaned the iacv..
only thing I have not done is cleaned the egr railway and I have not installed my new o2 sensor because I doubt that is it it only misses on #3 the spark plugs shows lean is it possible i could have a manifold leak at that cylinder.....it runs perfect when you give it gas...and drives beautifly until idle then misses?????

All pre gapped and used two different compression testers its a fuel issue in #3 dont know how though....video of it running?
Ok you can do two things. You can use a timing gun and attach it to 1,2,4 cylinders and watch the speed of the spark, and then to 3 cylinder to see if somehow the 3 wire is bad. Then you can somehow get a hold of a "efi quick probe" and use it to test the injector firing of all the injectors.
You can try calling around to mechanics and see if one will let you watch them probe all injectors.
Obviously if you have swapped the injector and the misfire didn't follow it then the injector should not be the issue.
