I need to k now if the left and right fan assemblies are the same , i need to replace the radiator on my CR-V but the previous owner used a universal style of fan assembly that pierces through the radiator and i dont want to do that , i want to replace it correctly .

I found a left side radiator fan but i cannot find the right , i am assuming they are both the same but i have not found any info on it . \

Just replaced my radiator this weekend The mounting points on the fans are not the same. Driver side has two bolt's that line up ontop and a stop at the bottom passenger side has two bolt's on top also but they sit flush with the radiator and not flat ontop like driver side and also has two more bolt's at the bottom. You can rig it im sure of it but prob wouldn't look clean.

No problem and yes mounting points are different

I could be wrong but I am pretty sure the electrical connections are different as well. Either way the mounting brackets are different for sure.

 

woot! found one at Napa for $88 brand new , replaced leaking radiator & all is good now

 

Radiator? Got mine off ebay for $58 shipped called my napa they wanted $118

 

no, i found the fan assembly at napa, i bought my radiator from a Denso parts distributor for $60 with tax .

All went in smooth as silk & i have taken it on a 150 mile road trip w/o problem
