Default How to wire a second set of headlights to factory harness?

I bought some aftermarket 1 piece headlights. After some elbow grease the bad boys were put in. There is a spot for the main light bulb the turn signal and a third light. With just the main headlight and turn signal plugged up, the headlights are terrible. There not bright at all, and honestly could be a hazard. There is a cover thats part of the light that covers the bulb, to make me think the third bulb is needed to give more light. So the harness for the 3rd bulb came in the box. It has one white wire and one black. Which wires would I connect these to, to get continous powere to the new bulb.
