Icon3 Having an issue..

So i got some JLM HID's off of amazon for about 60 bucks..I threw them in and they were absolutely perfect. Nice 8000k iceberg blue lighting up the road. But after about 3 weeks I noticed that they weren't as bright as they used to be...only when up close do they shine the blue, but on the road its really dim and has a green tint to it. Is this a bulb or ballast problem?

personally sounds like a bulb issue, did you touch them?
Could also be a cheap **** kit you spent good money on.

its not a bulb problem....one was out today for a good while....even after waiting 10 mins..then it magically started working...i think theyre just shitty ballasts..and they were a 60 dollar JLM kit. i guess you get what you pay for.
