So today I broke one of my spark plug in the cylinder #1. The thread part are still inside the head. I try using a extractor but that didn't work. So I was wondering is it ok to drive the car on 3 cylinder with the #1 injector unplug to machine shop and have them fix it

 

How far is the shop?
That may harm your crank as its designed to take combustions of cylinders in order.

Also has the shop said they will do this, it is very risky and easy to get metal shavings into the cylinder
