Ok so i have a problem ive fixed 99% of the problems ive ran into with weird stalling issues on a 94 Civic EG hatch with a d15b in it.
Car was also converted from auto to 5speed. Swapped out the whole harness in the dash and engine bay, which fixed the other stalling problems it had.

When it is raining, and i press brake the CEL light will come on it shows CEL 73, If i press brake again it will idle wierd or start bogging, if i let go of it it will stop doing it. DO it again same thing then it will suck abunch of air at intake and fuel pressure just DROPS to 0 and dies out. Car will not start up after that fuel pump is not engaging after it does that. Have to wait a few minutes or sometimes 30 mins and it will start back up. It only does it when its wet and/or raining. Sometimes when driving it will do a back fire and turn CEL on showing the same CEL 73. but if you shut car off and start it again it will not start for awhile..

Has anyone heard of what this could possibly be. Was going to swap the fuel pump out but come to find out the one i had in my shed kind of siezed up from sitting so it did not work. :\

 

CEL 73 is a misfire in cyl 3.

Swap your plug wires between cyl's 3 and 4, and see if the CEL changes.

 

Still shows cyl 3 even when swapped it turns on when pressing the brake, after messing with it wont come on now but usually does it in rain. Now speedometer isnt working... :\
