to route it properly I need a different charcoal canister right? I'm trying to make it smog legal and dident realize the itr had a extra vacuum spot on it. I might just end up having to get a b16 throttle body, Will it still run ok with the itr blocked off? Thanks.

the solenoid should have 2 connectors one going to the can and one coming from the back of the intake manifold. The bigger hose that goes to the charcoal canister fits on that nipple you're talking about, ya you can block it off but it won't pass smog.
