I have a b18b1in my civic I got from h-motors. Are only b18b1 engines with automatic transmissions suppose to have a fast idle valve? Everything I see on all data says that fast idle valves are only used on automatic transmission cars.

 

obd1 vehicle's have FITV's auto or manual regardless. obd2's no
