Default low idle, engine shaking please help

hello HT,
i swapped a d16y8 (off an automatic 1998 Ex.) in my 5speed 1997 honda civic hatchback Dx. After i completed the swap it started fine so i went on for a test run. it ran fine so i decided to punch it and here is where the problems started.
the oil light turned on and my spedo started jumping. i made it home and looked around. i found out my alternator belt was loose so i tightened it, the oil light was still on after another run but the light was very dim so i thought mabe the sensor went out. i replaced the sensor and the oil light has not turned on since. now i drove it to my house (did the swap at my fiances house) about 10 miles away and the engine felt somewhat weaker then before and had a funny idle. the next day the car had no power and idle is around 200rpm and the engine is shaking alot. the idle does go up after a while to 1k rpm but then goes down again. it does not turn off by itself. when i give it gas and the rpm just goes strait down then dies.
the engine is stock, has 99 intake manifold and exhaust manifold. i did jb-weld the cold start assist on the intake manifold. i have replaced the MAP, IACV, distributor rotor, spark plugs and the problem is still there. can anyone help please..
thanks ahead of time.. Johnny

sorry for the upside down pic guys..

Do you have a manual transmission?

Did you install a P2P ECU for your transmission?

Are you using a 2-wire or 3-wire IACV?

Any CEL codes?

I do have the 5speed p2p off a 96 Honda civic ex and the engine harness off of it as well. I looked around for a vacuum leak but I do not see anything. What Vacuum hose can cause such a problem?

I cleaned and replaced the iacv twice, just to make sure it wasn't the problem because I was almost sure that was the problem but it wasn't the problem

Have you tried adjusting the idle speed as per the service manual (see FAQs sticky)?

Update. . I found out my distributor was facing towards the front a little so I loosened it up and slightly moved it towards the firewall and it helped with my low idle. My neighbor was helping me with his timing gun but we noticed that the crank pulley has 3 marks on it and do not know what mark to set the timing to. I looked around on line but cannot find the answer. Anyone know what mark a need to set the timing to? There is 3 marks on the crank pulley. 2 are close to each other and the other one is a little further away
I'll check the faq right now. Im on My phone and it is being slow. Thank you

So today after work I had some time to try and figure out my problem and I didn't get anywhere. As I was reading posts, I read that it can also be my tps, I changed the map and iacv but since I cannot remove the tps sensor I simply forgot about it. Can that cause the rough low and sometimes high idle? I also read that my ecu can be bad aswell, what you guys think

Soooooooo.... I found out today that my ecu took a dump on me. I slapped on an old p28 with jumper harness I had laying around and my idle is steady at 500rpm engine still shakes a little but nothing like before. Thanks a lot to the people that helped. I appreciate it. ..
