any of you have one for sale (jdm rear tower bar)?.....and are they anygood to mount harnesses on?

so what would be a convienient way to mount my rear harness straps only temporairly?....i saw the j's racing pillar bar but that is too in the way and not really an option.........

umm... as far as mounting a harness on their.. i dunnno about that.. i heard the only way is on a roll cage, is this correct?

If you don't have cage, mount in back seat belt area. 4 point!
and then there is the belief that for safety reasons, you shouldn't run a full harness w/o a cage.

It's been discussed that mounting any sort of harness in any sort of way other than onto a 4 pt cage minimum is risking your life. Mounting it on a rear strut bar is asking to be paralyzed IMHO.

bingo. if you dont have a rollcage, theres absolutely no reason why a 3 pt seatbelt would not hold you in.

if your doing it primarily for looks...

the sound of spine crushing = horrible.

True....this is for drivers events at the track (yea of course its fow da show)
i just dont like the lapbelts...and dont really want a roll bar\cage in the way b/c it's not a dedicated car
