The key won't turn the outside of the driver door . It locks from the inside and the passenger door locks and unlocks fine . I took the panel off and im not exactly sure what the problem could be , the lock on the inside of the door seems kinda messed up . any suggestions ? thank you

 

Dodd the key ever work? Try getting some graphite lube for locks.

 

Is your key worn down ? I had a similar problem, and i bought a new OEM Honda key blank, got it cut at the dealer, and I havent had a problem since.

The problem was after 24 years, bad duplicates of bad duplicates were made, and the key was worn down to nearly nothing. Hows your key look ? If that doesnt fix it, perhaps previous owner changed out the lock.

 

I got the car used & it never worked , the seller didn't tell me why it won't work , and where would I put the lube

 

I lost my old key so I got a new key made and both of them didn't work , it fits in the hole but I think it's something inside the door but I don't know what to look for . The passenger door works fine . Would powerlocks do any good ?
