I had to take out my climate control unit to change the light bulbs and now I confused the screws between the 3 that old the climate control unit in and the ones hold the instrument panel garnish on (where the audio console would go). Do you know if the screws with the built in washers are for the outside of the panels or for the 2 screws that hold in the climate control unit at an angle? Unfortunately I can't see the screws clear enough on the illustration on Majesty Honda nor can I find pictures of the part numbers online.
