Click on the search link in the upper right hand corner and you will find a wealth of information. Use keywords such as Koni , Tein, H&R, shocks, suspension and search these all in the Accord forum. Then when you have an idea of what your looking for, post a question.

Well technically speaking you should use adjustable shock with coil-over!!
And you will need a camber and caster adjusting kit to compensate for the amount that you lower or use the suspension techniques adjustable control arm kit!!

As for which is better, the coil-overs are a stiffer ride compared to springs that are made for a certain amount of lowering!!

here my theroy about lowering car around 500 bucks
for performance---->Eibach Pro kit(1.5inch drop), is not a slamming your car but it corner better and feel better than stock. wont rub what so ever even with 17's.
the spring rates is all fixed. So is like a plug and play.
For eibach prokit, you dont need a camber kit(anything less than 1.5).
Just install it and set the alignment.
I have my eibach for two month now, it. I have 17's also
as well as 2002 coupe.
I still have my stock shock on, I am waiting for them to blow..which will take more than 2-3 years I bet.
About coilover...dont even touch those ebay 100 buck sh_t..they are junk.
Been there done that.
Get tein if you have cash to flow.
