Default Help! need some advice with suspension

I currently have Ground Control coilovers wrapped around KYB AGX shocks on my 2000 Civic coupe (lowered about 1.75"). It it really bumpy whenever i go over rough pavement or cracks.
I am planning to get some better shocks(ones which would give me a smoother). I need some advice on which brands to get. I been lookin around but all of them says smooth ride. I just need some advice from people that have good shocks and lowered ride. Or advice about making my ride smoother without changing shocks would be helpful too.

PS: Please dont just tell me to Raise my ride.

its a give and take..at least imo....if your looking for a good handling car, then comfort is not something that should be expected. higher spring rate and aggresively valved shocks offer great handling but not comfort ( like stock)
if you just looking for having a lowered car that feels like a stock ride, i would just go with a soft spring rate on a stock shock...
suspension is more function than form....personally enjoy the ride of a car with aggressive suspension....
if GC's and KYB's are too much for you...and i wouldnt know why..but...no name springs and stock shocks....are for you
