in the helms manual, they specify that you need certain special tools. are these special tools not available at a sears?? i see they got part numbers next to them, and i 'm wondering if you have to special order them from somewhere like snap on?? if not, can someone tell where to get the special tools, for example, i'm looking for a ball joint remover?? thanx

 

ball joint remover can be found at any autozone/napa/ oreily's.

 

The part numbers are Honda part numbers, unless they specify Snap-On or another vendor. But that doesn't mean that the Honda tool is the only one that will work (guess what... Honda wants you to buy your tools from Honda!).

I've gotten by just fine with out the tools they specify in the Helms manual for the Ep...good buy though (the book)

 

just get a chea[ ball joint separater from Schucks for 8 bucks
