Has anyone, recently bought an oem CMC and run into this?
My daughter's 01 type r lost its clutch fluid, from its reservoir.
I found it under the carpet.
I am trying to buy an oem CMC (46920-st7-a01, for $102.20), but there is a bulletin with a new part number (06469-st7-305, for $79.80).
1. The old part is called a "Clutch Master Cylinder Assy" ($102.20), but the replacement part is called a "Clutch Master Kit" ($79.80).
2. The bulletin calls for this new part number (06469-st7-305) to be accompanied by a replacement steel Clutch "A" Line (06469-st7-308, for $8.05).
Question: Isn't a "Kit", just a rebuild kit, full of washers and seals, AKA $79.80?
Question: Why would a "Kit" need a different steel Clutch "A" line?
