98 F23A1 is leaking oil from where the distutor bolts in but not from their from the top side where the 2 first 10mm bolts go and hold valve train down that unit is spraying oil out its side, im pretty sure theirs no seal their so why would it leak? do i need to silicone it?

 

Distributor would have leaked from its O Ring, Change its inner and outer rings as necessary

 

its all new it was coming from what holds the cam down i siliconed it and it stopped. i dont know why.
