95 Accord 2-Door Coupe Shocks
I'm trading my full-size truck for a 95 Honda Accord 2-door coupe EX with the VTEC 2.2l Saturday and I was thinking about it, and the shocks concerned me. It's been lowered and has a camber kit with 18"s, but I don't know how much it's been lowered and the owner doesn't either. I'm concerned that whoever did the build rode with stock shocks and struts, so I was trying to price new aftermarket ones. Which ones are the best ones, and where can I buy em?
Depends on the amount of drop.
koni yellows or tokico blues are what a lot of guys will run with drop springs with a 1.75" or more drop.
There is a big suspension write up in the Accord FAQ that goes into a bit more detail about the different suspension setups available for our cars.

Climb under it and see what it has. If you have no intentions of playing with the ***** on the shocks, the best non-adjustables are Bilsteins, hands down. I LOVE them on my car, and I have skunk2 sport springs. Rides very comfortably on these crappy pothole ridden NW Ohio roads(and Detroit's), and firms up very well when getting into corners. Haven't autocrossed on them, but they should be pretty decent considering the spring rate.
I finally got it today, and I love driving it. The 5-speed is great, and it rides good. It has the Megan racing bars across the struts. Has anybody tried these, and are they good? Not trying to make a race car out of it, I just want it to ride like a Cadillac and turn on a dime.
