Default Question about konig heliums and tire sizes

I looking to buy new rims and tires for my 1992 eg hatch. What I'm considering are 15x6.5 40mm offset konig heliums. I'd like to wrap them in either 195/50 or 205/50 falken ziex ze912's.

I'm also thinking about buying an Eibach lowering kit (4.1740.780 Sport-System) which has about 1.5" worth of drop.

So I'm left wondering what's the best tire size choice considering the lowering kit? I've never bought rims or tires before, so I'm flying by the seat of my pants here.

Both tire sizes would work on those wheels, and on that car. The 205's would be an improved contact patch, if that's what you're looking for.

The 195/50 would be the safest bet if you are concerned about clearance issues after the drop. Offset on the wheel is good and should not cause any issues
