Default need some help with body work

I have a 91 prelude and i am gonna start some body work. Do you guys have any suggestions on stripping the paint and primming. I know there is chemical stripping ,and i could sand it. I have acces to a spray gun for the primmer. I am gonna do all the body work except paint the color on. I also want to shave all the molding, do you guys use body filler of fiberglass over everything. Here are some pixs of the car before the work starts.......

Also i will be getting a body kit beacuse the front mount IC i want wont fit in the front bumper. I am getting the kit from vis racing, so does anybody have any experience with them. For example the shitty quality or taking to long to get parts.

Why do you wanna strip the paint off?
The new paint will adhere better to the old paint.
