need some help with body work

I have a 91 prelude and i am gonna start some body work. Do you guys have any suggestions on stripping the paint and primming. I know there is chemical stripping ,and i could sand it. I have acces to a spray gun for the primmer. I am gonna do all the body work except paint the color on. I also want to shave all the molding, do you guys use body filler of fiberglass over everything. Here are some pixs of the car before the work starts.......

Also i will be getting a body kit beacuse the front mount IC i want wont fit in the front bumper.

I am getting the kit from vis racing, so does anybody have any experience with them. For example the shitty quality or taking to long to get parts.
