So when my engine starting to get a valve ticking sound I was gion to adjust the valve lash but upon examining my head I noticed that the rocker arms where lose and I Could move them so I did some reading and a lot of peaple are saying it's the LMAs and that I would need new one if some could explain how to get to them I've tried finding a write up but Coudnt find any and I kinda don't know how to do it. Thanks

 

what are you looking for a DIY of ? the rocker arms are supposed to be loose you're supposed to be able to wiggle them up/down and even a bit side to side. That's normal
