I would say make time on a weekend and do the retrofit and/or resealing yourself. Most "professional" retrofitters will charge you up the *** for something that isn't hard and can be easy done by yourself. All you really need is a flathead screwdriver, butyl tape (link, pretty much the same as window sealer) and an oven.
